06:45 am I’m awake and downstairs having breakfast.
During our team meeting and Worship this morning we prayed that the Lord would help us by giving us patience. Today we will be covering everything in our study books that we’ve already covered while in England. The next few days are going to be long and hot.The humidity is killing us but we will solider on as true children of God. The next few days for me are about building fellowship with our Romanian brothers and sisters.
On arriving at the school gym, a young girl came up to us asking if we would pray for her. She’d not been able to move her shoulder for the last few months. She explained she wanted to come forward for prayer when we were at the church. Yet she was afraid to ask. So we all placed our hands upon her and prayed over her asking the Lord to come and heal her shoulder and show her that he was an healing God and he could do this for her. As we were praying she burst into tears, not knowing why she was crying, we tried to explain it was the Holy spirit moving in her. She then started moving her arms both of them even the one which had been frozen. She cried out thanking the Lord for his goodness. This was going to be the first of many healing’s today.
After a long hot morning we were called to pray for each other for the coming days ahead and that the holy spirit would move in Calarasi this coming week.
Two young boys came over and asked if Andy and myself would pray for them, They said they needed emotional healing as they had faced lots of trauma in the short time they had been alive. As we prayed God spirit moved in them and the broke down crying, i’d never seen young men cry like that. But right there in that Gym God healed both these boys. they said they could feel a great heaviness and darkness lift from them. This was turning out to be an amazing day for healing. After a full afternoon of praying we all felt emotionally and Physically drained. i just wanted to go lay down for a while. It made me think of the scriptures when Jesus and his disciples had been healing and they we’re tired and needing rest,I could now relate to them.
Today I’ve been concerned for Andy as he seems very down in himself.Satan seems to be attacking us all one by one. ( Lord please protect us from these attacks and help us to do your will here in Calarasi. In Jesus name. Amen.)
After eating our evening meal we were all going on a prayer walk. Every one who was taking part in this mission had received a bright orange T-shirt to wear. What a sight it was to see hundreds of people all wearing them and praying to God as we walked through the town and down towards the Park were the main events were to take place.
It had been raining and the mossies were eating us alive, they were every where. All in all it was a pretty good evening. Returning to our Lodge, we were all very excited and tired. i called my husband, it was so good to hear his voice. ( God I love him so much, please be with him and care for him as i cant be with him just now. I pray as earnestly as i know how. In Jesus name. Amen) After my phone call i stayed up in my room and cried for a while, I was missing him so much, i didn’t want to call to end. God comforted me and gave me the strength to pull myself together and go join the other for evening worship and then bed.
